The FLARE Index to Treaties is hosted by the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies, University of London, this index contains details of over 1,500 of the most significant multilateral treaties concluded from 1856 to the present.

Law Society Library Online - UK based

Trans-Lex.org is a transnational law and international business law research tool. The "How to Use the Site" link at the bottom of any page gives detailed instructions on using this site, with its abundance of information. Emphasis is on European Union countries but others are covered including South Africa, Japan, and the United States. The "Links" section of the website has a large array of resources, including topics and subtopics on "International Trade/Commercial Law", "Private International Law", and "International Commercial Arbitration".

CINDEX by Indexing Research. This dedicated indexing software is available for Windows 95 and higher, and for Macintosh OS X. Conversion services for other index formats are offered.

Leverage Technologies has software utilities for increasing indexing productivity and quality assurance. Specialized utilities assist with names indexes, electronic/web indexes, and tables of legal case citations.

MACREX dedicated indexing software is available for Windows 95/98/NT/2000/XP, MSVista compatible.

SKY Index dedicated indexing software is available for Windows, MSVista compatible.
